The Dubbo Touch Association invites all teams and individuals interested in playing in the summer

competition to register their team at the registration day next Tuesday, October 14 from 6pm to 6.30pm, upstairs at the Amaroo Hotel.

Nominations for the summer competition are open for mixed, men’s and women’s teams.

Mixed competition games will be played every Monday from 6pm and men’s and women’s games every Wednesday from 6pm at the Riverbank ovals.

“The summer competition is very popular and I encourage new teams to register for this season,” president of the Dubbo Touch Association Neil Webster said.

“It is a great way to get fit and have fun at the same time.”

“Teams will be graded after a few weeks of competition to level up the playing field and to ensure the teams in each grade are competitive.

“The competition runs throughout the summer, finishing up in March 2009.”

Juniors interested in playing touch can register individually or as a team from Wednesday, October 15 at the Riverbank venue up until round three of the competition.

All individual players who have registered for the 2008 junior season can refer to the notice board at the Riverbank ovals for your team.
